ARNA Annual General Meeting 2020
On behalf of the ARNA National President Deidre Widdall and the ARNA National Committee, you are invited to attend the 2020 AGM of the Australasian Rehabilitation Nurses’ Association.
Date: Tuesday 10th November 2020
Time: 1900 - 2000 hrs (AEDT)
Venue: ONLINE meeting via Zoom
A meeting link and instructions for voting will be sent to ARNA members who register to attend.
Voting Process
Members registered to attend the AGM will be able to vote online by Poll during the meeting.
Can't attend? Members can either:
- Submit your apology and vote online at this link - by COB 6 November 2020 OR
- Complete and return the proxy form - by COB 6 November 2020
This year's AGM will include a special resolution on restructuring ARNA from an Association registered in NSW to a
Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG).
Your presence at the AGM is extremely important to enable representation and consideration of these resolutions. Please refer to the attached AGM Agenda for the proposed special resolutions and refer to the updated explanatory CLG document. Thank you to members who provided feedback on the changes via the consultation process.
