Meet our Presenter:

Sarah Potter Sarah is the Clinical Nurse Consultant for Subacute at Albury Wodonga Health.   She is the co-ordinator of the Subacute In The Home (SITH) program.  She has been a FIM Facility Trainer for almost 9 years.   She still enjoys CrossFit and crocheting, but not at the same time.
