How does identifying as a gay or bisexual man influence their nursing practice in rehabilitation?
Dr Mark Baker (Chief Investigator, University of the Sunshine Coast), Associate Professor Murray Fisher (Investigator, The University of Sydney), and Associate Clinical Professor Julie Pryor (Investigator, Royal Rehab) are exploring how nursing practice in rehabilitation is influenced by the nurse identifying as a gay/ bisexual man.
The research team would like to hear from self-identifying gay/bisexual men in nursing who hold AHPRA (NMBA) registration, and currently work in rehabilitation. Participation in this study would involve a 60-to-90-minute interview in-person or online (Zoom/MS Teams) at your convenience.
